Roofing Sales Representative

Kapella Roofing is a local roofing company based out of Centennial, CO is expanding and looking for a motivated roofing consultant to represent the company, develop and continue business relationships for the company. 

Responsibilities: 

• Generate leads, engage with prospects, and sell roofing services; learn to implement online marketing and networking tools. 
• Create compelling and engaging relationships with prospective clients that are aligned with the company's target market. 
• Meet personal and team sales goals and targets. 
• Manage sales pipeline properly within company CRM.

Requirements: 

• Proven track record in acquiring new roofing business in a goal-oriented sales environment. 
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing environment. 
• Target-driven and result-focused. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Previous commercial roofing sales experience. 
• Must have a valid driver's license / clean driving record 
• Having the ability to bring new ideas to production meetings. 
• Knowledge of Roofing industry products and installation procedures.
• Self-starter. 

Physical Requirements / Work Environment: 

• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Comfortable with working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Office/ Field time will be split 50/50. 

Job Types: Full-time, Contract 

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift 
• Monday to Friday 
• Weekends as needed 

Experience:
