Construction Project Manager


Kapella Group / Global Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial renovation projects ranging from $500K to $15 million. This position will be based out of our Centennial, Colorado office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, contracts, schedules, budgets, and project risks.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to update and maintain project schedules weekly.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, change orders, and invoice approval.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including submittal logs, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Lead the close-out process, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  • Travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of project management experience with a General Contractor (required).
  • Direct experience managing commercial renovation projects (preferred).
  • Experience working in Senior Living or Hospitality facilities (preferred).
  • Familiarity with managing construction in occupied commercial spaces (preferred).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, leadership ability, and organizational discipline.
